No Refund only exchange and gift voucher is possible in United Arab Emirates , return charges covered by customer. 

Refunds and exchange are not possible under any circumstances for international orders . 

Exchange within 24 HOURS  from the date of delivery 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

No exchange or return for items after alteration
